Which market is Kiesmo Business active in?

At this moment, Kiesmo and Kiesmo Business are only available in Rotterdam and surrounding areas like Capelle , Spaanse Polder and Scheidam.

Can I cancel my subscription?

Yes, you may cancel your Kiesmo Business subscription by informing us through email at a month's notice. You can simply stop ordering anytime and only the platform fee will be valid in the meantime.

Do you have a minimum order value?

Yes, we have a minimum order value of EUR 177 excluding VAT.

Will employees be able to make changes after they have placed the order?

No, that is not possible. An employee placing an order means commitment of their time to the said group meet and time. They will not be able to make changes to their commitment. The extra meal will get consumed in the group.

We are a company. Can we order without any subscriptions so that we can first try?

Yes. You can avail our trial before you order for the entire company.

Can 1 company admin make the order for the entire group ? Can individual group members choose their own food items?

Both are possible after login.
